Topical Cream is a New York-based arts organization 501c(3) supported through government, foundation, and individual contributions. Through this support, Topical Cream is able to realize free dynamic digital publishing, public programming, and mentorship initiatives that provide critical support to women and gender non-conforming contemporary artists.
